ROLEMATCH — PRIVACY POLICY

1. WHO WE ARE

RoleMatch is an AI-powered mock interview platform built for job seekers. We are operated by Joshua Peter / WaeUp.

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

When you use RoleMatch we collect:

  • Your email address (to deliver your report)
  • Your CV document (uploaded by you)
  • The job description you paste
  • Your voice recordings during the interview session
  • Payment information (processed by Paystack — we never store your card details)

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

  • Your CV and job description are used solely to generate your personalised interview questions
  • Your voice recordings are transcribed to text and used solely for scoring your answers
  • Your email is used only to deliver your report
  • We do not sell your data to any third party
  • We do not use your data for advertising

4. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

RoleMatch uses the following third party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:

  • Google Gemini AI (question generation and scoring)
  • Groq (voice transcription)
  • Supabase (secure data storage)
  • ElevenLab (Voice interaction)
  • Paystack (payment processing)
  • Resend (email delivery)

5. DATA RETENTION

  • Your CV file is automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours of upload
  • Your voice recordings are deleted within 24 hours of your session completing
  • Your interview report and scores are retained for 90 days then permanently deleted
  • You may request immediate deletion of all your data by emailing Joshuaabupeter@yahoo.com

6. DATA SECURITY

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Your documents are stored in secure cloud storage and access is restricted to the RoleMatch system only. No human at RoleMatch reads your CV or listens to your recordings.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of your data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time

8. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant Nigerian payment processor. RoleMatch does not store your card number, expiry date, or CVV at any time.

9. CHILDREN

RoleMatch is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by email where possible.
