ROLEMATCH — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE

By using RoleMatch you agree to these terms. If you do not agree do not use the service.

2. WHAT ROLEMATCH IS

RoleMatch is an interview preparation tool. It uses AI to generate practice interview questions based on your CV and a job description you provide. RoleMatch does not guarantee job placement, interview success, or any employment outcome.

3. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

  • Single session (₦1,000): consumed when your interview session begins. Non-refundable once the session has started and questions generated.
  • Monthly plan (₦25,000): 50 sessions active for 30 days from purchase date. Non-refundable after first session is used.
  • If a technical fault on our end prevents your session from completing, contact us within 48 hours for a credit or refund.
  • Payment recovery: if you lose your session due to browser interruption before starting, use the "Already paid? Recover your session" link on the pricing page.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  • Upload documents belonging to other people without their consent
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the platform
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Share account access with others

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The RoleMatch platform, design, and technology are owned by Joshua Peter / WaeUp. The interview reports generated are yours to keep.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RoleMatch is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including failed job applications. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current session.

7. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Interview questions and feedback are generated by artificial intelligence. They are designed to be helpful but may not perfectly reflect the actual interview you will experience. Use RoleMatch as one tool among many in your preparation.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
